In this report we have compiled views from 15 experienced leaders. The interviews were conducted as qualitative thematic interviews, with the main question being “How is strategy kept clear in everyday work?”

The interviewed leaders operate in very different organizations, from young growth companies to large listed companies and public organizations. Roles interviewed were CEO, chief strategy officer, business unit head, CIO, chief development officer, CFO, head of strategic change,transformation lead, interim executive.
